How exams and retakes work

Each module ends with a timed exam. Use a laptop or desktop on a stable connection, not a phone. If you don’t pass, your trainer can grant a retake. Review the module lessons and the related knowledge-base articles before your attempt, and make sure you’re in a quiet space with your device fully charged.
